We also execute agreements to sell and other relevant documents in respect of prospective Condominium Projects and word to word reviewing of residential and commercial lease agreements for the most favourable solutions for our clientele.

Wills, Probates & Other Instruments

We provide comprehensive legal services, estate planning and other services for corporate and individual clients.

We advise private clients on wills, probates and testamentary dispositions and also advise both companies and individual clients on promissory notes and other notarial instruments such as priority notices, seizure of priority notices, various types of affidavits, caveats, cancellation of caveats, notarizations etc. drafted, executed and registered in compliance with the applicable Laws, Acts, rules and regulations.

Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence investigations covering freehold and leasehold property and provide due diligence reports in respect of the same.

We support our client to obtain all relevant approvals and/or clearances in respect of immovable property such as Valuation certificates, Certificates of Ownership, Street and Building Line, Non Vesting and Certificates of Conformity from relevant Local Authorities and also assist in the approval process of survey plans.

Our services include liaising with officers of the Tea Rubber and Coconut Estates (control of Fragmentation) Board the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the Department of Inland Revenue and other regulatory bodies to advice clients and ensure compliance with regard to specific land transactions.

Our services include title searches at the relevant land registries and reports on title in respect to immovable properties secured as collateral for loan facilities.
